Luke & Wyatt are a musical comedy duo originally from Perth and now based in Melbourne. Although Luke & Wyatt are a relatively young act who first performed in early 2005, their short careers have seen them acquire a reputation as a young, high energy, entertaining act and achieve notable successes.

In 2005 Luke & Wyatt won Perth's only musical comedy competition, “Acoustic Idol” and since then they have been regularly performing and headlining in Perth comedy rooms. They have supported international touring acts including Greg Fleet, Dave Callan, Dave Williams, Tom Gleeson and Julia Morris. In 2006 they supported Tim Minchin at the Perth International Arts Festival. Significant gigs in 2007 include headlining at the WA RAW State Finals and opening for the Marijuana-logues. For the last two years they have won the “Best Double Act” Award at the Annual Laugh Resort Comedy Club Awards in Perth.

In 2006 Luke & Wyatt received a state government grant and toured Melbourne and Sydney rooms, including The Local and The Comics Lounge in Melbourne, as well as The Comedy Store and the Laugh Garage in Sydney. On this tour they supported and performed alongside comics such as Brendan Lovegrove, Kent Valentine, Justin Hamilton and Tahir.
